The commonly-used real estate forms available for download below offer clause-by-clause plain language
explanations of the legal terminology used throughout them. Understanding what you are signing is essential
to having a successful transaction.

These plain-language forms were developed by the Toronto Real Estate Board, and are reprinted here with permission.

Real estate forms are constantly being updated; the plain-language versions linked here are the newest available and
may not reflect the current forms in use by members. Your REALTOR® can explain these forms and others to you in
